Connect RevenueCat to SiteOps
A subscription app makes its money after the install — in trials that convert, renewals that hold and the MRR that stacks up across the App Store and Play. Installs alone can't tell you if the money's there. RevenueCat sits across both stores and reports the recurring revenue in one place; without it, a mobile project's ROAS reads N/A and its subscription goal has no number to stand on.
Connecting RevenueCat to SiteOps puts that money next to your installs, read-only. Recurring revenue and MRR land on the dashboard, so a UA campaign can be judged on the subscriptions it earned, not just the installs it bought. When the goal type is Subscription, this is the honest source the hero KPI reads from.
It reads subscription reports and nothing else. SiteOps never touches billing, an entitlement or a customer's subscription. Disconnect and the reads stop the same minute.

If something does not work
- Revenue shows as N/A after connecting
- Give it a few minutes for the first read, then check the key is read-scoped and belongs to the project that tracks this app. If installs come from AppsFlyer, its attributed revenue can also light the goal — connect either one.
- The MRR differs from RevenueCat's charts
- RevenueCat and SiteOps can define the reporting window slightly differently, and SiteOps reads on a short delay. Compare a closed month rather than today, and confirm you're reading the same app, and the numbers align.
- Can SiteOps change a subscription or refund a customer?
- No — by construction. The key is read-only; there is no code path that touches billing, an entitlement or a customer's subscription. SiteOps reads the money so you can judge the marketing, nothing else.
- I use AppsFlyer already — do I need RevenueCat too?
- Not necessarily. AppsFlyer's install-attributed revenue can satisfy a mobile revenue or subscription goal on its own. Connect RevenueCat when you want MRR and renewal detail straight from the source; otherwise AppsFlyer alone lights the KPI.
